I had to take a picture of these fish tacos that we made last weekend, because they were just so pretty not to. If you have never tried fish tacos, you need to. You will never be the same :)
Ingredients:
Tortillas
Talapia (we grilled it)
Spring Mix
Avocado
Cheese
Salsa (next time I might try a cilantro lime vinaigrette)
